Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) is a new service available to Elderly Waiver and Alternative Care clients. It is an “all-inclusive” service designed to cover general care for elderly clients without needing to spread individual services across several providers
Night supervision services: Overnight assistance and monitoring provided by an awake staff in the person’s home.
Personal support: Non-medical care, supervision and assistance provided in the home of the person or in the community to achieve increased independence, productivity and inclusion in the community
Supported employment services: Services that help people find and retain paid employment in community businesses where people without disabilities are employed.
Supported Living Services for adult: Adult Assisted Living Services: Assisting persons over the age of 18 who require daily staff intervention due to serious behavioral problems, health problems, physical disabilities and / or skills insufficient survival. .
Semi-independent living skills: This program supports adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own home or apartment. The staff provide assistance in daily living skills to include banking, budgeting/bill paying, grocery shopping, household maintenance, social and leisure, and personal hygiene.
